QMR TREATMENT OF OSTEO-ARTHRITIS WITH CYTOTRON

There are 288 specially designed guns in the gantry of Cytotron that are geared to deliver precise doses of electromagnetic beams within the frequency range of 1Khz to 10 MHz in the presence of high instantaneous magnetic field.

When a biological Cell is exposed to such beams under an instantaneous magnetic field, it alters several cell parameters including its resting Trans Membrane Potentials (TMP). Cellular activities are closely linked with the TMP. Such activities also include the synthesis of different proteins which stimulate cell division and multiplication ( Mitosis).

High intensity quantum Magnetic Resonance (QMR) beams are precisely controlled (dosage) by the computer interfaced to the cytotron device based on the fed data pertaining to the patients knee condition and extent of oteo-arthritis.The beams are then focused onto target tissues.

This technology is similar to the diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) device. However, the Radio Frequency used in RFQMR is lower compared to the frequency used in MRI. These frequency ranges come in the non ionizing-non-thermal category.


Exposure to RFQMR beam from Cytotron sets the process of cell regeneration in motion and the stimulated cartilage tissue cells begin to multiply slowly but surely re-inserting itself between the bones of the joint. This treatment reduces pain and increases the comfort levels in patients significantly allowing them to lead a more normal and relatively painless life.


Treatment Procedure at Safe Health?

  • The affected joint (knee) is first mapped with an MRI scan to compute the bone gap. Skin to cartilage distance.

  • The desired exposure characteristics (like the cartilage to bone gap, skin to cartilage distance, Name, age, gender, height and weight etc.,) are fed into the computer interfacing with the cytotron device.

  • Once the mapped parameters are fed into the interfacing computer the knee is placed under the gantry of the cytotron device which house the 288 specially designed beam shooting guns.

  • The computer then computes various wave front and spin frequencies, pulse amplitudes, field strength etc. which are termed as dosage.

  • Thereafter the operator precisely focuses the beams on the required site and starts the therapy.


  • The treatment is given usually for 30-60 minutes daily for a period of 21 days

  • The patients are evaluated by x-rays, Ultra-sound scans, etc after 21 days and once again after 90 says, to understand the sustained effect.

  • The patients do not feel any pain or discomfort during the treatment, all parameters are periodically measured on the body surface.

  • The treatment is absolutely painless and non-invasive.

  • There are no known side effects to the treatment
